The ‘Well being’ market is a burgeoning field with more and more people looking to improve quality of their life. People regard health to be generally associated with the physical aspects rather than mental, whilst well-being is more to do with state of mind.
Health no longer means the absence of disease. The World Health Organisation now define health in terms of preventing disease and stress with an active lifestyle & how it can be achieved through promoting personal responsibility for making lifestyle choices. Well-being for most is the opposite of feeling stressed – a state of contentment, calmness and inner peace. ‘Self help’ and ‘Life improvement’ schemes come and go but hypnosis and especially self-hypnosis has been established for many years and has a very healthy track record. Brian brings together his skill as a musician and knowledge of Personal Development Techniques to create unique pieces of music that calm your mind and improve your life. His gentle English voice sings affirmations into your mind, producing Positive Change. Music is a natural source for inspiration. A very quick and safe way to influence your subconscious mind. Brian recorded his voice and steel string guitar in our studio in March and we have been busily arranging and creating an acoustic canvas to allow Brian to paint his portrait of positive affirmations.
